Commission reconciliation software for insurance agencies

Every carrier statement line is compared with the commission your records expected, so short pays, overpayments and chargebacks arrive as a list to work through — not a spreadsheet to build.

Included on every paid plan

How it works

1. Load what you expect

Import policies and the commission you expect on each one with the import wizard — CSV or Excel from your AMS, mapped once and saved as a recipe. Without expected commissions there is nothing to compare a statement to, so this comes first.

2. Bring in the statement

Upload the carrier's statement as PDF, CSV or Excel, or let the statement inbox fetch it from a mailbox you own. The parser extracts line items, policy numbers and amounts.

3. Match, review, close

Lines match to policies on policy number, amount and date. You approve matches, resolve short payments and discrepancies in the guided review, and close the period — every action recorded in the audit trail.

What you get

Variance stated one way

Every line shows received minus expected. A short pay is negative, an overpayment positive, and a credit memo or chargeback is a negative statement line tied back to the original commission.

Exceptions ranked, not buried

What did not settle on the first pass goes to an exception queue with the most likely matches ranked at the top. Starter agencies still reconcile deposits to policies; the ranked queue is what the higher tiers add.

Available on Professional and up

Commissions tracked with the ledger

Commissions sit per policy and carrier alongside the transaction ledger, with aging and bulk updates, so the reconciliation and the receivable are the same numbers.

Audited end to end

Every approve, resolve and edit is written to an immutable audit trail under role-based access, with each agency's data isolated from every other's.

Try it on a statement you already have

Paste a few statement lines and your expected rate and see which ones don't tie out — short pays, overpayments and credit memos, totalled apart. Free, in your browser, no account.
