IVANS
The industry network that moves policy data, commission statements, and documents electronically between carriers and agency management systems.
IVANS provides the plumbing for carrier-to-agency data exchange. When a carrier issues, renews, or cancels a policy, the update can flow into the agency's system automatically instead of being re-keyed from a portal or a PDF.
Connectivity depends on both sides supporting it: the carrier must publish through IVANS and the agency's system must consume it. Where either is missing, the agency falls back to manual download and entry, with the transcription errors that implies.
