Policy Balance Hub does not connect to Applied Epic over an API — no such connection exists on either side. - There is no prebuilt Applied Epic column map. The wizard learns your export the first time and saves it as a recipe. Prebuilt migration kits exist for HawkSoft, AMS360, EZLynx and QQCatalyst, but not for Epic.
- There is no producer or staff import. Producers are set up in Policy Balance Hub directly.

- Most agencies re-import policy lists once per month, right before reconciliation. Carrier statements are imported as they arrive — the platform reconciles them against the most recent Epic snapshot.
- Will this disrupt my Applied Epic workflow?
